Ai made LED technology a legitimate solution for machine vision applications
by providing the first efficient and commercially viable LED illuminator and
overdrive strobe controller. Typical LED illuminators output inconsistent lighting
patterns. Built with circuit boardsand unaligned LED's, these lighting sources
suffer from uneven illumination, poor efficiency, and limited product flexibility.
Ai developed and patented Evenlite technology to create an "even light" with
LED's. First, LED's are tested and sorted by a variety of parameters, including;
power output, beam width and color temperature. Each individual LED is precisely
aimed and affixed inposition, resulting in an even field of light despite variations in
the mechanical vs. optical axis of each LED. Today, a new generation of high-power
LED is redefining solid state illumination. Ai has developed Evenlite II to bring the
same advantages of comprehensive LED sorting and targeted aiming to next
generation lighting sources.
