Advanced illumination offers free lab testing services to customers looking for the best lighting solution for their application. Customers are welcome to send product samples, along with a completed lighting questionnaire (found under Apps Lab ) to our lab. The questionnaire provides critical inspection information, and the more information we are given, the better we are able to serve specific needs. In the lab, technicians recreate, as closely as possible, the inspection environment, and once a potential solution is found, email bitmap images to the customer for evaluation.
Once a solution is found, lights are made available through Ai's free evaluation program for testing at the customer's site.
Please keep a few guidelines in mind when submitting a product for evaluation: Samples are handled in the order they arrive at the lab. Unless you've contacted the lab about a deadline for getting results, please don't assume that overnight shipping ensures immediate attention. Priority is given to samples that include all the necessary information for testing; those delivered without specific contact information and a completed questionnaire are given lower priority.
